Clothing: As seen in his pictures, he usually wears a red trench coat, with a collar that covers a good portion of his face when it's fastened and pulled up. He also wears gloves on both hands, although the glove on his left hand extends all the way into a sort of arm brace that stops at the sleeve of his coat on that side. He also wears a pair of circular yellow sunglasses, they're very fashionable.
Marks/other details: His body is covered in scars from his childhood, most of them are from claws, teeth, and magic. The others are from hard living.
Bio Personality: Regardless of the situation, Tatsu is always cool, calm, collected, and focused. Despite the fact that he regularly does things like fighting monsters, or members of Dark Guilds, and keeping people from getting killed, none of it gets to him, he just takes it in stride, and is way more laid back then people think he should be. Although, sometimes that can be a problem, because of his nature, he is oftentimes not taken seriously, and it has proven bad for him and those who don't give him the respect and attention he deserves.
He's the type of person who will meet you, and be best friends with you in a few hours; he's just a nice guy who's got everyone's best interests in mind. Emotions wise, he likes to keep everyone laughing, himself included, and when negative emotions such as fear, anger, and sorrow make their way into his life, he'll let you know in a quite sort of way, he's cool like that. No matter what he’s doing, whether it’s keeping a monster from tearing you to shreds, or taking someone out who can rip your mind apart, he keeps a smile on his face and a joke on his lips.
He hides deep inner pain, he loves his foster father, but he's never known his true parents, and now that his guardian has left him, the pain is even greater.

History: Born near the southern tip of Fiore, Tatsumaru was born to two very powerful mages, however, shortly after his birth, they were attacked during a drive to the next town over. His parents made short work of the foolish bandits who attacked, but then they returned to the car. It was destroyed, and while his parents were relatively unhurt, Tatsumaru, being an infant was in far worse shape. They were in the middle of nowhere, and they had no way to make it back to their village, or to the next town. Neither of his parents used healing magic, so there was nothing they could do, but spend their sons last few hours with him. Later that day, while his mother was holding him, singing a lullaby, a huge shadow passed overhead, then the ground shook as something large landed, a dragon. While his parents were ready for anything, they knew that Dragons were more curious than aggressive, so they stayed calm. The creature introduced itself as Yggdrasil, and struck up a conversation with the two. During the conversation, he noticed Tatsumaru, barely holding on in his mothers arms. Showing great compassion, Yggdrasil offered to heal the child, but his parents would have to go on their way, the secrets of dragons were to stay the secrets of dragons. Of course they wanted to say no, but it was the only way they could save their sons life, they said yes. After bidding him a tearful farewell, they went on their way back home to tell everyone what had happened. Tatsu was healed as good as new, and from then on, he was raised as Yggdrasil's own child. Tatsu grew up the standard Dragon Slayer way, he was taught the ways of the world, including things like writing and what not. He was also taught Dragon Slayer magic, Yggrasil's unique brand was known as Omega, and gave the dragon and Tatsumaru both the ability to manipulate energy. Yggdrasil was very strict, but also very loving, and he pushed Tatsumaru to his limits every day, even inflicting grievous injuries, then healing him. He said the scars weren't to be looked at as him being hurt because he was weak, but to look at them as him becoming stronger and overcoming everything thrown at him. When he was about 16, Yggdrasil came to him one day, and told him he would be leaving, and while they would meet again one day, it wouldn't be soon. They said their farewells with a massive battle that destroyed Yggdrasil's current lair, and a large portion of the surrounding forest, then he was gone. Fighting back tears, Tatsumaru left for the nearest town, and once he found it, he joined a relatively small, almost unknown Guild. As it turns out, thanks to his years of nonstop training, he was quickly ranked as an S-Class Mage in a lower level guild. After several high profile missions, he'd brought a lot of notoriety to the Morlock Guild, but the property damage he caused during most missions was always a sore subject with his Guild Master. After one particularly destructive mission, he was getting chewed out as usual, when one of the other guild members jokingly suggested he joined Fairy Tail. Apparently, the Guild Master thought it was a wonderful idea, he said something about Tatsu being around kindred spirits. Within the week, he'd packed all his things, and he was on his way. After traveling across the continent, he finally made it to Magnolia Town, and as soon as he arrived, he made his way to the Fairy Tale building. As soon as he was inside the door, a mug hit him square in the face. That kinda made him mad, and without thinking, his eyes and hands began to generate energy, and he was ready to blast someone, but then he saw that everyone was fighting one another, and nobody was even paying attention to him. He decided to wait until things died down to announce his presence, but then someone had the bright idea to get the new guy, which just so happened to be Tatsu. He defended himself, and impressed more than a few members with his abilities. Once they found out he was there to join, it was even better. After joining, he fit right in, and to this day, he proudly displays his Fairy black Tail stamp over his right eye, his body was too covered in scars to put it anywhere else, plus it looks cool.
Magic class: Omega(Energy) Dragon Slayer
Unfortunately, there is nothing naturally occuring that has a high enough energy that an Omega Dragon Slayer could eat it, however, high power magic and attacks can be eaten. Attacks that involve lightning, fire, water, they generate energies that can be eaten, like heat, light, and kinetic energy. Because of the near impossibility for an Omega to draw energy from his surroundings, his base level is slightly higher than other Dragon Slayers.
He can alter the effects of his general attacks, for instance, he could shoot an orb of energy out, and he can decide whether it explodes on impact, or acts as a big projectile, etc...

Effect: Gathering energy in his chest, Tatsumaru then breathes the energy out, resulting in a beam of energy from his mouth.

Effect: Tatsumaru surrounds his hands and feet with energy, to increase the power behind his blows.

Effect: Tatsu jumps high in the air, then swings two arcs of energy at his opponent in the shape of an X. This can also be used to fly, although he doesn't create wings, he just propels himself through the air by thrusting energy out of his legs.

Effect: Tatsumaru forms a huge orb of energy between both hands, then he compresses it so he can hold it within either hand. Once compressed, the sphere is self sustaining, and it constantly rotates at high speeds, causing it to bore through whatever it hits, hence the Drill Driver name.
Disadvantages: He has to consciously control the power of this attack, since it could easily kill a regular person.

Rp sample: Tatsumaru was adjusting well to his new life at Fairy Tail, and although he had only been there a week, everyone was already treating him like family, including trying to beat him up when the Guild had a fight in the main building. Like some of the members, he'd decided not to stay in the guild building, he had enough money to pay for a nice house to stay in. One morning, he made his way way over to Fairy Tail, and he checked the contract board on the 1st floor. His eyes immediately drifted towards a contract that caught his attention. The job barely paid anything, but he would do it because it needed to be done. A family had been broken apart when both of their daughters had been kidnapped and held hostage by a small group of bandits.
The bandits wanted more money than the family could possibly pay, and they said there was a time limit before the girls were lost forever. Taking the piece of paper off of the board, he said goodbye to those who were already there, then he went on his way. Once outside, he checked the coordinates of the meeting point, then he put the paper in one of his many coat pockets, and after zipping it up, he pounded his fists together. A magic circle of luminescent blue appeared beneath his feet as he activated one of his spells.
"Omega Dragon Wing!!!", crouching low, he pushed off of the ground, then took off into the sky, a trail of energy the same color as his magic emanated from his legs as he headed towards the meeting point. After about a day of flying, he made it to the meeting location, had a talk with the parents, and found out everything he needed to know about the contract.
As it turns out, the bandits found out that the family was wealthy, but their information was dated. All of the families wealth had been lost in a bad business investment, now they weren't any more note worthy than an ordinary family. They tried to explain that, but the bandits, being the stubborn vagabonds that they were, didn't listen, they just naturally assumed they were being lied to. Now it was Tatsumaru's job to get the girls back, and put the bandits in their place. According to the info the parents had gathered, the criminals were hold up in a cave a few miles away, and that was his next destination. "Well, let's see if I deserve this stamp." Brushing his hand against the Fairy over his eye, he activated his Dragon Wing and flew off towards the cave.
